The apartment is on the ground floor and features a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (Bultex mattress) that can be converted into a bed (140 x 190 cm).
In the living room, you’ll find a table with four chairs, as well as a flat-screen TV, board games, and a toy chest for children. You have access to a balcony with a table and two chairs, offering a view of the nearby hill. You can shelter from the sun with a roll-down awning, allowing you to enjoy your meals in peace.
Back inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen separate from the living room, with plenty of storage space and a washing machine.
The bathroom is on the ground floor, separate from the living room and kitchen.
You can access the upper floor via an interior staircase; from the living room, you cannot see what’s happening upstairs, providing privacy in case there are more than two guests.
In this bedroom, you’ll find a new 140 x 190 cm bed (purchased in 2016), a children’s bed measuring 80 x 160 cm, storage space, and books by various well-known authors.
The bathroom is separate and was renovated in 2014. Inside, there is a large shower and a sink with storage.

The keys to the property and the orientation are handled by a family member (usually my dad). However, on an exceptional basis and for your convenience, our property is managed by Groomlidays Concierge Service, which will coordinate your check-in and check-out times with you and is available to assist with any additional services (babysitting, housekeeping during your stay, housekeeper, etc.).
