"A pleasantly surprising stay in the Saumur/ Doué-la-Fontaine area of the Loire. This property while modern is a gem, we benefited from a comfortable clean and pleasant family room, with a window opening up onto their rear garden area. Woke up to birdsong and quiet , and a great breakfast in their large conservatory. Service excellent and helpful. "Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting the Abbey, exploring the Loire valley, wine tasting, or simply breaking up a long journey. The restaurant is excellent, although the breakfast looked underwhelming. The pool and parking are a great asset. Our second stay and we will return."
