6 beds in total, lounge table transformable into dining table up to 8 pers. Table and 4 aluminum chairs on the terrace.

Integrated kitchen with fridge, electric oven, vitro hob, microwave, washing machine, "dolce gusto" coffee machine.

Bathroom with shower and separate WC.

Two new HD televisions (bedroom and living room).

Seen sea and swimming pool from the terrace and the bedroom.

Sea access on foot through the residence's garden.
