Sunny 2 Bedroom apt on the Port with superb views, 10 mins walk to beach

Situated in a prime location directly on the southern end of the port of St Cyprien Plage, our bright and sunny apartment is on the third floor of a quiet residential building overlooking the port. It has a lift and a private enclosed car park, and offers an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful area. For a lovely day out leave the car and take the €1 bus which travels the coastal area between Perpignan and the Spanish border - the Rapateil bus stop is three minutes walk from the apartment. Wake up each morning to warm bright sunshine and beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the double bedroom and the open plan kitchen corner/dining/living area, which open onto the petite balcony. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast al fresco and a relaxing drink in the evening as you look over the third largest port on the Med! Idyllic! There are bunk beds and a wardrobe in the smaller bedroom. The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity unit and a washing machine, there is a separate toilet. There are ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom, and there is a portable aircon unit. In the living area there are two clic-clacs, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV with French channels. The dining area is equipped with a table with four chairs, and there is a small bistro table with two chairs on the balcony. The apartment is within minutes stroll of two supermarkets, Carrefour City (3 minutes), Franprix (8 minutes), restaurants, cafés and bars (approx 5 mins), and the beach is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the port. There is a pizzeria - Papy’s - on the ground floor of the building and there is also a self service laundry. The port comes alive at night with plenty of entertainment for all the family, and (very conveniently) is pedestrianised in the evenings, so you can experience at your leisure the shops, artisan stalls, wonderful restaurants and ambience this beautiful resort has to offer. Just leave your car in the car park and stay local!

L'appartement est très bien placé, une vue magnifique sur le port, proche des commerces, à 20mn de la plage. Malgré la présence de la fête foraine à proximité c'est relativement calme. Nous avons eu une vue exceptionnelle sur le feu d'artifice du 15 août et nous étions à 5 mn à pied à peine du spectacle de vachettes. Malgré la canicule, la présence de ventilateurs au plafond nous a aidé à passer un superbe séjour. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait de créér une ouverture entre les deux chambres car celle des enfants n'avait pas de fenêtre et peut être de mettre un grand frigo au lieu des deux petits qu'il y a. Je recommanderai cet hébergement sans problème.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Cependant la chaleur est très présente nuit et jour, il serait idéal que l’appartement soit équipé au minimum d’une climatisation mobile. En revanche un grand réfrigérateur a été rajouté et c’est vraiment très appréciable et confortable. En conclusion : vous pouvez louer en toute confiance

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal. Laura et Daniel de la conciergerie sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Les propriétaires Darmuid et Anne ont prit le temps de savoir comment se passait notre séjour. Nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux. Une chose est sur, si nous devions revenir dans la région, nous reprendrions cet appartement sans hésitation. Seul bémol qui nous a handicapé lors de notre séjour, la taille du réfrigérateur inadapté même si effectivement l’appartement est proche de toutes commodités.

Idéalement situé sur le port

Appartement avec une vue imprenable sur le port et la mer. Avec chaque matin le levé de soleil sur la mer c'est vraiment très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et à l'écoute. L'appartement mériterais quand même une rénovation ( portes de meubles endommagées, prises de courant qui se désolidarisent du mur...) Idem pour les baies vitrées qui ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement sur l'extérieur et qui deviennent opaques avec le temps. Il faut savoir que cet appartement est géré par une conciergerie locale car les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place. La conciergerie étant surbookée en période estivale, il vous faudra patienter (parfois des heures) au pied de l'immeuble avant qu'ils puissent venir vous ouvrir les lieux. C'est le point noir de cette location.

nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement l emplacement est idéal et la vue a couper le souffle. Juste un petit soucis au niveau de la conciergerie problème de communication, ils n avait pas le bon numéro alors que nous les avions eu au téléphone pour les prévenir de ce mauvais numéro.
