Composition of the 55 m2 apartment:

-A fully equipped open kitchen, 4 ceramic hobs with extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher.

-The living room has a table, 4 chairs, 2-seater sofa bed, large sideboard, flat screen TV on furniture and small coffee table. A pedestal fan and a second table fan.

-The master bedroom includes a double bed 140x90, built-in cupboards and shelves, a ceiling fan with integrated lamp.

-The secondary bedroom is composed of a 90 bunk bed with an additional drawer bed offering three beds with large built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan with integrated lamp and a small office area.

-The bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, washing machine and additional heating.

-The spacious loggia with large bay windows also includes a table and four chairs.

-An outdoor area with drying rack.

Deposit of 300€ per uncashed check requested on arrival and returned if no problem on departure.
A deposit of 60€ per cheque will be required to cover cleaning costs if this has not been carried out by the tenants at the end of their stay.
