Entrance with sleeping alcove (separated by a curtain), two 90cm bunk beds, a cot, and a small window. Shower room (shower cubicle installed in 2023), separate WC. Living room/kitchenette fully equipped with: 4-burner ceramic hob, small refrigerator (installed in 2023), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, sofa bed, sofa bed, wall-mounted TV, Wi-Fi internet access, ceiling fan, and standing fan. One bedroom with a 140cm bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Beautiful direct view of the water and the boats. Good sun exposure: South/East. Located 500m from the Pont Tournant beach, the Grand Stade (sports facilities), the botanical garden, and 250m from the Capellans shopping center. Secure private parking at the foot of the building. RESIDENCE WITH SECURE POOL open from June 1st to September 15th. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.
