Aufregung statt Erholung

Wir 70 und 60 Jahre waren schon mehr als 20 mal dort. Innen nichts renoviert und dreckig, Geschirr dreckig, 4 Lampen fehlten die Glühbirnen, alles im Zustand wie vor 30 Jahren, nur schlechter. Poolnutzung Sa und So nicht möglich. Wir wurden am Spielplatz untergebracht, andere Unterbringung nicht möglich, obwohl nur zu 10% belegt. Meine Fr. war über 1 Stunde eingesperrt, Hausservice kam nach 49 Minuten, musste selbst Tür aufbrechen, da Frau Panik hatte. Dafür wurde die Kaution einbehalten

Wir sind dort langjähriger Gast (gewesen). Die Qualität der Immobilie läßt inzwischen zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sind zugesagte Leistungen (Pool)nicht verfügbar gewesen.

Zustand der Terrasse

Die Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt. Im Nachbarhaus waren Büsche herausgerissen, keine Neuanlage gemacht, Büsche halb vertrocknet vor unserem Haus.Nicht gekehrt. Der Terrassentisch war schäbig.

Les jardin des neptune

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Optisch gut, innen gehört alles renoviert, deutlich abgenutzt. Ich gehe seit über 30 Jahre dahin, auch nächstes Jahr, und weiß dies alles. Alles ist sauber! Die Nähe zum Strand und dem Zentrum sind ein großes Plus. Für uns ist dies in Ordnung, Die Anlage ist für ältere Paare optimal, in der Vorsaison bis Juli sehr ruhig und erholsam.

Bewährte Ferienanlage, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Günstig zum Strand und zur Innenstadt, wenige 100m, hat nach 2011 eine erneute Renovierung verdient. Überteuertes Wlan nicht mehr zeitgemäß. In einigen wenigen Häusern, zb unseres, kein deutsches Fernsehen, das ansonsten empfangbar ist. Freundliches Personal.

Prima huisje in een mooie omgeving

De huisjes zijn klein, maar hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Twee slaapkamers en airco op de begane grond. Het zwembad en het personeel is prima.
