La résidence et appartement sont parfaits, à 10 m de la place. La piscine était plus froid et moins remplie que l'année dernière (24° vs 27 en 2020). la climatisation n'est pas à disposition des locataires et il n'y pas de ventilateur dans l'appartement. Peu de rangement et la moitié est occupée par les affaires du proprio. La douche était bouchée, 1 seul trousseau de clé, manque mousseure de robinet dans la cuisine. Le plaques de cuisson étaient sales. Manque un lave linge.

Bonjour,

Nous avons loué cette location pour 4 personnes pendant 1 semaine au mois d'août (nous étions que deux). Ce séjour a été une déception malgré quelques points positifs qui sont, une belle vue (sur la mer), un canapé lit confortable, assez de rangement, une proximité de la plage, voisinage tranquille pour notre période et un petit kit de bienvenue. En revanche les points négatifs sont; un parking dit privatif, faite attention le premier venu le premier servit, nous avons du nous garer plusieurs fois à l'extérieur de celui-ci pour manque de place.... Lors de notre arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait (sale sur les chaises, au sol, terrasse, déchets sous le lit, vêtements des anciens locataires et des restes de résidus dans le four micro-onde. De plus nous n'avions pas accès à l'eau froide dans la douche, une douche chaude après une journée de plage à 34° n'est pas très agréable (avis personnel).

Super endroit calme et propre

Nous avons séjourner 6 nuits. résidence calme propres camping à coter où on peut aller au soirées boire un verre ou faire nos courses à la supérette il y a aussi une autre supérette à 150m qui est pratique avec du pain frais tout les jours,la mer juste en face piscine propre et conviviale .le seule petit point négatif s’est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur donc avec un bébé et la poussette s’est sportif et la clim ne fonctionner pas l’appartement est chaleureux avec une belle vue sur la mer

manque eau froide à la douche ? pas d'evacuation d'eau sur la clim du balcon obliger de mettre une bassine nota logement eloigner de tout commerce et portail exterieur avec cles,dommage q'uil ni a pas des digicodes parking non numeroter dommage sinon bien dans l'ensemble
