Pleasant holiday cottage of approximately 30m², equipped for 4/5 people with a covered terrace of approximately 12m², facing east (sunrise), garden furniture and electric barbecue (Weber 2020). Entrance into the main room with a 140cm sofa bed, TV, and pine furniture. Kitchen area: mini-oven, microwave (2020), fridge-freezer (2020), 2 ceramic hobs (2021), electric coffee maker, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, clothes rack, and 2 fans. Ground floor: one bedroom opening onto the terrace with a 140cm bed and a wardrobe. Shower room with toilet. Upstairs: attic with a skylight and a 70cm bed, and a portable reversible air conditioning unit. Unnumbered but gated parking within the residence. Ideally located 100m from the beach, this small, functional, and well-maintained cottage is situated in a secure, family-friendly residence with a pétanque court and green spaces. Pets allowed.

South Lagoon area. Large residential complex located approximately 100m from the beach, comprising three 3-story buildings and holiday cottages. Pedestrian-only residence with large green spaces, pétanque court, built-in ping-pong table, and three secure communal parking areas. Close to Aqualand.
