South of the resort, in the Lagune Sud area, in a beachfront residence with direct access to the sea, this attractive 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 47m² features a 5m² east-facing terrace furnished with teak garden furniture and a sun lounger. Enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the pool. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access. Entrance hall with wardrobe. Separate WC. Living room with LCD TV (2012), mini hi-fi system, and a sofa bed (160cm). Renovated, functional, and well-equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, etc. Hallway leading to two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), wardrobe/closet overlooking the sea, and the second with two single beds (90cm) and a wardrobe. Shower room (shower cubicle). Electric roller shutters. Secure free parking. An idyllic setting for a family holiday. Radiators and ironing facilities. RESIDENCE WITH SECURE POOL open from June 1st to September 15th. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.

Located in the South Lagoon area. Residence built on the sand, right on the water's edge. Composed of U-shaped buildings with a swimming pool and paddling pool in the center. A small supermarket is located near the residence for basic necessities. Ideal for a relaxing holiday! Close to Aqualand.

bon accueil de l agence . le gardien sympa ainsi que le surveillant de piscine. par contre un loin du centre. sinon tt ok. ns avons bien profité de la mer à proximité et de la piscine. et les ventilateurs ont été très appréciés

Plage et piscine à proximité C était bien Par contre pas trop de commodités aux alentours Par contre le port de St cyprien toujours animé et C était bien D'ailleurs la plupart des soirées nous les avions passé là Voilà nous avions passé de super vacances😊
