About this property

Villa de charme on the Île de

  • The Villa Ré is located within a walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches of the île de Ré “plage de la conche” (600 mts), and from the “Côte Sauvage” (500 mts). The house is in the area of “Le Gilieux”, in a private residential area away from traffic.

    Each of the three bedrooms opens on a garden. The front yard is east oriented, the garden is west oriented. Both the garden and the front yard are out of sight (enclosed by walls and hedges). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilets and sink).

    The second bathroom (with shower, bathtub and sink) is adjacent to the other two bedrooms.
    The kitchen and living area is spacious. The living room leads on to a wooden floored atrium.

    At the villa Ré, you will enjoy a large landscaped garden (approximately 1000 sq. mts).
