  • Studio from the 60s, completely renovated interior. A bed and a BZ can accommodate 4 people. On a plot of 1 hectare under the pine trees.<br>Beach access 5min walk.<br>Access to the pond in front of the studio.<br>5 min from amenities.<br>The water comes from a borehole and is not drinkable but perfect for showering!<br>The D10 passes 50 m from the studio, so there is a lot of traffic during office hours.<br>Large shared garden.<br>Free parking.<br>It is essential to come by car.<br>The accommodation<br>The studio is located in a 3-hectare property between the hills and the Etang de Berre.
