La Pastourelle sleeps up to 8 guests. Surrounded by a large, enclosed garden with trees covering 1,900 m², this 120 m² family home offers everything you’d expect from a wonderful holiday on the Emerald Coast: returning from the beach, meals on the terrace, long summer evenings, walks by the sea and moments shared with family or friends.
The house enjoys a lovely sea view and a particularly sought-after location, overlooking the harbour and right next to the coastal paths and beaches. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

Designed as a true family holiday home, La Pastourelle combines comfort, simplicity and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The ground floor comprises a beautiful, light-filled 42 m² living room (with a fireplace) opening onto a large, sunny terrace, a cosy lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen — ideal for cooking, sharing large meals and spending time together after a day at the beach.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with armchairs, a TV and a fireplace
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) with an adjoining bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot, baby bath and high chair.

Outdoors:
- A large 30m² south-west-facing terrace
- The large, enclosed and private garden of 1,900 m² completely surrounds the house and offers lovely spaces to make the most of your holiday: meals in the sun, games for the children, quiet moments spent reading,
drinks after a trip to the market or the beach. A swing is also available for the little ones.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s car park (up to 4 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Lamballe, 35 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne, 1 hour 20 minutes away

Activities:
The house is ideally situated just above the harbour, less than a 10-minute walk from the Grande Plage via the very pleasant ‘Promenade du Soleil Levant’, and close to La Mare beach and Le Sémaphore.
Saint-Cast and the Emerald Coast offer a wealth of activities.

- magnificent walks along the GR34
- Breton markets and charming harbours
- day trips to Saint-Malo, Dinan, Erquy, Cap Fréhel or Mont-Saint-Michel
