Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A semi-open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: the master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: an ideal children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A shower room with a separate shower

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 30 m² paved terrace and a 60 m² private, unfenced garden with sea views, facing south-east and equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days.
Further down, there are several non-private terraces that run along the cliff face. The garden is 30 metres above sea level. There is a private staircase of 99 steps leading directly down to the beach.
