"Stay was great and the location is awesome, but 1/online staff never responded to questions asked through hotels.com weeks ahead of time, then canceled with just 2 days notice a restaurant rƩservation made separately with no explanation. Also 2/not equipped for the increasingly frƩquent heat waves. No AC and we were just given a (noisy) fan apparently purchased last minute and very warm bedsheets. Had to leave the windows open throughout the night to keep the room around 25c which was still uncomfortably hot. Would maybe book again September to May, but only last minute and with fair weather forecast June-August."
