Exceptional Villa with Hammam and Sauna in Saint-Brevin-l’Océan

Welcome to this exceptional villa!

Just 300 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the town center, this renovated 210 m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for an outdoor holiday, it offers all the comforts for relaxing with family or friends.

It features a large living area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a spacious living room. A small mezzanine adds a cozy space for relaxation. A shower room is available at the entrance for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Next, you will find two bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. On the garden level, two further bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are complemented by a separate wellness area with a hammam, jacuzzi, and shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a secure swimming pool, a large terrace, an enclosed garden, a barbecue, and sun loungers to fully enjoy the summer days. Wi-Fi access is available and parking is possible on the property.

Cleaning and linens are included for a worry-free stay. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €40. Events are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited.

Maison très bien organisée et très bien équipée aussi bien en intérieur qu’en extérieur. Très propre et super bien situé pour aller à la plage à pied où aller se baladerLe petit centre de st Brevin l’océan à 200 mètres qui permet de trouver tout le nécessaire et de se détendre.Vraiment une très belle location.
