"Great location and quiet for this town. Easy parking and comfortable rooms. There needs a bit of work to clean up patio area, shabby furniture left randomly, unused unkempt barbecue, dog mess from hotel dog on lawn…but all could be easily addressed. Pool area open to children until 10pm so can be noisy until then and seems unnecessarily late! gym equipment limited and cramped. Overall would recommend though."

"We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!"

"Great location , secure parking at a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice, bit of a pain having no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you can find them through the warren of streets. When we were there Vichy was like a giant building site so took a while to get out but that is no fault of the hotel."

"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "

"We had an amazing night in this Campanile. The breakfast spread was the most impressive of any Campanile we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that in a double there is only ever one chair.. It was a restful, peaceful night and it set us up for the next leg of our journey."
