READ EVERYTHING

READ THE EXTRA INFORMATION!!! If you arrive after 5pm you will have to check in at another location. The room was small but had its own bathroom. There is a communal kitchen if you decide to use it and the rooms come with a small refrigerator. Parking is in front, back or on the side(your choice.) restaurants in the area are few. WIFI was good as was the TV, there s a pool table for the guest to use also.

The property was in extreme disrepair. There wasn't any other person at the facility. Our only contact was by phone with a person 1 hour away and we couldn't understand him. We were too nervous to leave our car there overnight and drove home arriving at 3:30 in the morning. Not an easy task for seniors. This property should not be on Expedia!!

You must read the description in detail ahead of time-I did not! You must arrive before 5PM or call ahead to make arrangements to enter the property. There is no A/C, or en-suite, or wash cloths, or real pillow cases.The 2 towels looked like rags. The property is just beginning and needs much work. The rug in the room was dirty. There is toilet paper and a community bar of soap but no other supplies. The owner speaks only French and is new in this role but seemed like he is trying to make things work.

À notre arrivée il n'y avait personne. Par tel on me dit de prendre une clé dans la boîte à clé. Ce n'est pas la chambre que j'ai réservé et on m'explique que normalement ils n'attendent personne ce jour. Bref, on entre et la déception... Le lit est incliné en suivant le sol, les WC et la salle de bain communs sont que très peu entretenu. Arrivé le soir, nous sommes au resto quand je reçois un SMS me disant que je dois payer plus de 100$ alors que le règlement était fait en ligne... Bref, aucun suivi des réservations et aucun entretien des lieux
