About this property

Cottage from the source of the Domaine de La Vallade

  • The source cottage at Domaine de La Vallade has just been refurbished; it is very comfortable and modern with its fitted kitchen in the living room. A sliding door leads to the spacious bedroom with a king size bed (180 x 200). The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink and a toilet. This cottage has a private terrace in 2 parts, one on the landing of the living room is covered is kept cool, the other below overlooks the bedroom (second independent entrance door) and is sunny and flowered in season.
    The convertible sofa in the living room can sleep 4 people and we can provide you with a travel cot.
    You can access the common areas: large fenced pool (12m x 6m pool with diving board), pond below the property (no-kill fishing allowed) and tennis court for family games.
    The 20 hectare estate allows you to take a peaceful stroll on site, it is located very close to the village village and is however completely hidden by the woods that surround it.
