- Située à Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer (17), à qqes mins des plages de Saint-Palais et du Golf de Royan, la villa n° 10 offre:
-4 chambres
-Pièce de vie avec avec cuisine + canapé lit.
-4 salles d'eau et de 5WC.
Total couchages: 10 pers.
Piscine chauffée (8m*4m) (en hivernage de fin septembre à Pâques). Jardin privatif clos, arboré.
