"Too much traffic noise, no floor mat to step out of shower, musty smells, empty body wash in shower. No fan in bathroom and very dark in there."

"The receptionist was really nice, check in was smooth. Everywhere was clean the room is spacious and comfortable. The only issue I had, there was no microwave in the room. I normally travel with my food so microwave in my room is always a plus for me. I didn't bother to ask for one since I was only staying for one night. Overall, its a nice place."

"With the exception of Ethan, the front desk staff we interacted with were rude and, in one case, simply abusive. We had to move rooms three times due to booking issues and were told we had to leave after one of our two nights before Ethan found the error. Never again. "

"The room was dirty, the night front desk staff could not figure out how to get us another box of Kleenex, the TV guide didn't work so we had to just go up and down one channel at a time blindly, the morning breakfast was awful. For breakfast the pot labelled "hot water" was ice cold, there was one napkin for the guests, the food choices were bad. Other guests must have also been disgusted because nobody was in the dining room. When I mentioned the hot water and napkin problem to the morning front desk person he didn't try to help, he just said the kitchen staff had not shown up that day. Since breakfast is part of what we were paying for, we felt we had been deceived. We left and went to a restaurant for breakfast. I will post many bad reviews for this hotel and I will never return, it was awful!"
