An electric sunblind protects you from too much heat in summer, so you can sit back and relax. The house has its own garden. Two parking spaces are available for guests. During the summer months, the owner's mother lives on the second floor and looks after the estate.

    The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, accessible via a narrow road. Vehicles can be parked in the courtyard or in a parking area just in front of the property.

    St Germain de Calberte, seven kilometres away, has small shops and a doctor. In Alès, Florac or St Jean du Gard (30 kilometres away) there are other shops and service providers.
