You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils. The home features private fans in the living room and both bedrooms, TV, washing machine, grill, and baby equipment including a crib and highchair for families with young children.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden and balcony within the owners' secure fenced property. The shared outdoor pool is available during summer only with specific operating hours. Children can enjoy the shared playground featuring swings, trampoline, toys, and books. Please note that the garden is shared with the property owners, though you have access to a more secluded area exclusively reserved for guests.



The property offers 2 shared parking spaces. Dogs are welcome to join your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. Free-range chickens roam the grounds unless you prefer them confined to their coop, and the owners may use the pool during evening hours.
