"Very very basic. Shower disgusting with dirty shower curtain and not enough room to be able to take a shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. In the middle of an industrial estate. Nothing around to be able to get food and drink. Breakfast waste of money."

"For a new hotel it was poorly designed . Extremely and unnecessarily steep stairs to upper floor room. Odd room layout, despite the reasonably generous space it was necessary to duck to reach one side of the bed. Best view from the room was from the bathroom. Sockets in inconvenient places. Lamps had bases too wide for the shelf. Clothes hanging area could have accommodated two cases if the shelves had been differently positioned. Bathroom floor was dirty and stained "
