The apartment is very quiet; situated on a hill, it offers a magnificent view of Lake Aiguebelette, whose colours change with the weather, as well as the majestic Chartreuse Mountains. Pets are not allowed. Please review the house rules before booking.

    You are warmly invited to spend an unforgettable stay in our lovely and comfortable 50m² apartment, completely renovated and professionally decorated. The cottage is very quiet, situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful Lake Aiguebelette with its ever-changing colours, and it also offers a magnificent view of the majestic Chartreuse Mountains. Hébergement très bien situé pour profiter du lac d'Aiguebelette et ses alentours. La vue et la piscine sont des grands atouts de ce logement.Petit bémol concernant le débit d'eau de la douche, qui semble être lié à un problème de la ville, ainsi qu'une propreté globale un peu en dessous par rapport au reste de la prestation proposée.Délicates attentions de la part d'Olivier lors de notre arrivée à souligner.

Appartement sous le logement du propriétaire avec magnifique vue sur le lac. Logement très bien équipé avec fond de maison, liquide vaisselle et pastille lave- vaisselle à disposition. A notre arrivée, cadeaux de bienvenue de notre hote ( encore merci Olivier) . Une petite suggestion : installer un rideau pour séparer le côté salon / cuisine et le côté chambre pour les couples qui ont un horaire de réveil différent comme nous. Sinon tout est parfait.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad bij Olivier Richou. Alles was in het verblijf aanwezig. Hele grote goed geoutilleerde badkamer. Heerlijk bed. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en het was heel gezellig ingericht. Olivier was heel erg behulpzaam en gaf bij ontvangst zelfs twee heerlijke Franse kaasjes waar wij heerlijk van genoten hebben. Een echte aanrader!!! Hans en Riki Telgen

Aufgrund der sehr schönen Lage mit Blick auf den See und der sehr guten Ausstattung hat uns die Ferienwohnung so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen möchten. Der stets freundliche Vermieter versorgte uns gerne mit nützlichen Tipps und Informationen.
