Gîte de Bizac river La Beaume 10mn walk near Ruoms

  • Our cottage is located in a very quiet area close to all amenities (5 minutes), major tourist places (Vogué, Balazuc, Ruoms, Labeaume, Vallon Pont d'Arc, les Vans) and rivers (Ardèche, La Beaume and Chassezac) .
    It is equipped to accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160 and one with 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with shower and WC on the floor. On the ground floor an open kitchen and a living room with a sofa convertible into a 160 bed. A terrace and a garden not overlooked allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors in the shade of the trees.
    Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, mini oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, television, wifi, air conditioning, barbecue, parking.

Lovely, well equipped property & sooo quiet!

We have visited France many times but it was our first visit to the Ardeche. We deliberated over many properties. A quiet location, 2 bedrooms and air conditioning were important. This property ticked all the boxes. My French is ok but not great & the owner speaks no English but we managed to book using the wonders of google translate! The observations we would make about the property were that it was a bit tricky to find (or maybe it was just us) Some directions & some clear signing on the property would have made things easier. Although well equipped, there was no kettle at the property. We had a travel one anyway so that was ok. The property was clean & comfortable but if you aren't french bear in mind that there is no DVD player & only french TV. We didn't come on holiday to watch TV so we didn't mind but if the weather was bad... All in all I thought that the property was really good & I would return. It was just a 5 minute walk to the nearest river beach & was a 35 minute walk to Ruoms which was a charming little town with some nice restaurants. Ruoms was also a good base for kayaking

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte de Delphine. Tout était parfait, le gîte est bien placé pour faire des activités en étoile. Il y a des balades à faire en partant du gîte, et beaucoup d'activités dans un rayon de 30min en voiture. Delphine nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a été de bon conseil sur les alentours. Le lieu idéal pour découvrir la région des gorges de l’Ardeche
