"I had a wonderful stay at Harbor Plaza 8 Degrees Hong Kong, and I would especially like to recognize one of the front desk staff members, Louis, for his exceptional kindness and support. During my stay, I experienced one of my most stressful and frazzled moments due to a double booking issue. Louis went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through the steps to try to resolve the situation, and even offered me an upgrade to help make my stay more comfortable. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly made a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. It is rare to encounter someone who provides such genuine care and takes ownership in helping guests. Thank you, Louis, for turning a stressful situation into a positive memory. "Really attentive staff and cleaning team, and the receptionist was really helpful, joining up my two separate bookings into one (I was travelling for work and then extending for leisure aftereard) so I didn't have to change rooms. And great location too. Would recommend."

"Royal garden is a very budget friendly hotel in Tseung Kwan O area. Location is further away if you are a tourist, we have families in the area so we love the location. We had the famiy suite and it was perfect for us, the two teenagers loved their bunkbeds and the queen bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned and the AC worked very well. The staffs all spoke english and provided adequate services."

"I liked that one can take the bus for airport/hotel transfer. The area itself has a mix of everything, one can spend a few days just exploring the hood. My requests for high floor and nice view were generously granted at the front desk, the housekeeping staff was so warm, my stay has been very enjoyable. Thank you!"
