Room service waits were lengthy even for drinks. It was peak season and the staff were stretched but in most cases they were still nice/helpful. The room was nice, and the hotel location is ok, but unfortunately the hotel internet didn't work the majority of the time....which was very frustrating. Also a few room issues, maintenance is very slow to respond and calling the front desk often had no answer on the other end."
