"Beautiful hotel with great staff! "

"Was very impressed by the hard working, friendly and helpful staff (especially Soumia at breakfast). There were lovely fresh juices at breakfast and rooms were nice. Also liked the central location. However, the hotel was no where near 5 star as promised; would say 3.5 star. It was very run down in many areas (guest toilets, stairwell, corridors), it looked poorly maintained, like a faded beauty. The breakfast was very disappointed because it had limited choices, especially healthy options,...

"Pros: The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Busy but nice neighbourhood in city centre, 25 minutes walk to the waterfront. Cons: Breakfast is basic, limited variety, no eggs (except one day I saw a few hard boiled eggs). Room is dark (not enough lighting). "
