There appears to be a lot of construction or renovations going on so the exterior looks a bit rough. Lobby area and rooms looked great though. Room was clean, appeared to be newly updated. Large comfy bed and nice bathroom/shower. Quiet. Continental breakfast was just ok. Would stay here again.

The rooms are nice but a little worn. The breakfast was the same both weekend days and wasn’t hot. There are no amenities to speak of. So if you just need a place to sleep it’s worth it. We had an issue on the lock for our room. The staff were friendly and did everything to fix the issue. This was our second time staying there and will definitely stay again.

We would stay there again. The staff answered all our questions and the room was very clean. Curtains in our room didn't close completely allowing daylight in room. Breakfast was usual hotel choices but ran out of eggs.

The hotel is very dated. The advertised restaurant or pool are no longer functional nor in operation. The room was very comfortable and cleaned nicely. The breakfast was nice and provided juices, coffee, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, and sausage.

The room had a damp smell. Wallpaper peeling. Wash basin had not been properly cleaned (some dried spit was still there). Bed was fairly comfortable and clean. The building was just old and needing plenty of upgrades.

This room was a completely pleasant surprise. The outside of the building appears a little sketchy, but the lobby, room, and courtyard were all in great, clean condition! The hotel is definitely older, but for the price, ease of check-in and out, kind staff, and shear size of the room it is more than worth it. Our room had two queen beds with enough space in between them that we could have put a third bed there! AND a kitchenette and dining table and a vanity area outside of the bathroom. I think my first apartment was smaller! The mattresses are all sealed and the bed linens very fresh. No signs whatsoever of critters. Parking was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Saginaw.
