We had a wonderful stay. I would like to see ice water available for guests and more fruit and yogurt options for breakfast. Great location and the view from our room of the river was charming. We will definitely stay again and again.

This is a wonderful hotel and is our first choice in Frankenmuth! It is clean, safe, comfortable, and beautiful with a cozy charm and delicious breakfast. We have never taken advantage of the happy hour, but it worked well into our schedule this trip and what a nice treat! A good selection of cheeses and sausage, fruit and crackers that was just right. And the background polka music was fun. Highly recommend.

Staff were all friendly and the hotel was very clean. We loved that it had some character to it. The balcony had a nice view of the Cass River and the paddle boat went by a few times. The only thing we would have added was to have some USB outlets available. There were several regular outlets but having direct USB connections would have been nice. We thought everything else was great and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel was clean,the staff friendly a nice continental breakfast was offered as well as nice happy hour. I recommend getting a river side view. Very relaxing. The hotel is right by all of the shops. Perfect get away.

We had a great overnight stay at the Marv Herzog hotel in Frankenmuth. Front office staffer was friendly and very helpful. Room was quiet and clean with great views of the river. Each had two complimentary drinks and snacks between 5 to 7 p.m. We loved the location because we could walk to any destination on main street. We will be back!

The BEST hotel for old retired people like me I have ever stayed at. No pool so no kids. Very quiet, we heard no people talking and no slamming of doors all night. Very clean, great staff and a fabulous breakfast and free happy hour to enjoy.

The location is great. The hotel offers rooms with views of the river or views of the Main Street. The hotel is walkable to stores and restaurants. The hotel even has covered parking which was great during the sunny days. Between 5pm and 7pm there are complimentary snacks and 2 drinks in the bar/restaurant area. There is an adjacent outdoor patio overlooking the Cass River. With the views,location, very friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. I recommend it.
