"A very basic place that I would normally expect to pay far less for. It's a beautiful building in a street full of mansions, but there were only very basic furnishings and no decor. Bed was uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work properly (4-5 times through to get a cup from the Kurig). Limited silverware. Reminds me of the places I used to stay when I could not afford a hotel or a BNB but the price did not reflect the quality."

"The description of this property was at all accurate! The neighborhood is completely run down for blocks around and the property itself is completely unkept. Overgrown weeds and no curb appeal and landscaping, with zero privacy around the unit to enjoy the hot tub pictured. We did not get past the outside appearance to even stay once we saw everything that had padlocks on it and the building in disrepair."
