Beautiful newly renovated house with hot tub

New to the rental market, this beautiful house with lots of privacy on 2.3 acres with a large, heated saltwater pool, great deck and hot tub. The house offers three bedrooms, plus the possibility to accommodate two additional guests on a futon on the gallery (open to the living room). On the ground floor is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom whereas the upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom. The living room opens up to a large deck with BBQ in a very private, serene setting surrounded by nature.

modern, airy, secluded home in Noyack

We had a very nice time in this lovely home, while visiting Sag Harbor( 10 minutes away). The house is bright and airy with many upscale amenities. The owner was easy to reach and deal with. unfortunately for us we happened to catch a rainy weekend, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor area, deck and hot tub. We had a bit of difficulty finding the house, because it's set back off the road and the signage (house number) could be better. All in all we would use it again.

Beautiful home with a unique layout and great location!

My family and I stayed at this house (including my parents) and enjoyed the great location and quiet surroundings. The house is very close to everything while having the ability to relax away from the stresses of everyday life. If we came back to Sag Harbor, we would want to stay here again!
