"The property was very nice and clean throughout. Nice grounds, pool areas and amenities. The staff we encountered were also friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in building 28 was surprisingly large and easily accommodated our family of four. While it was clean and spacious it was slightly dated and the kitchen was lacking in some supplies. Very few pots, pans and utensils. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend Hilton Mystic Dunes Vacation Club to others as well as consider staying there again."

"Initially the Hotel layout is confusing especially the elevator locations but eventually you get to find your way to different blocks. Pleasant location. Buffet breakfast was good and worth the $25, don't forget to ask for your Mickey Waffles. The pool and water park were fun but could do with more free sun loungers, typical problem of towels on loungers so get there early. Some extra non lounger seating might help. We did not get the one bed apart in the Terraces we booked but were given an adult three bedroom in Block 3 instead which was great. Free parking with our package was well worthwhile easy parking as Grove is not within walking distance of anywhere so a car is useful. Uber to parks 30 to 60 USD each way depending on party size - there were up to 9 of us in 3 different appartments two on block 1 and one in block 3."

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle. I felt the $30/day “resort fee” was misleading. It did not include most amenities seen on the listing. It included things like WiFi (which was terrible) and the in-room safe (?). The water park prominently featured on the listing was not included or discounted, and costs $25 per day per person. "
