I would not recommend UH Continents Soul Center. For a hotel at this price point, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and offered very poor value for money. There are plenty of better alternatives in the same price range, or you could pay a little more for a reputable hotel brand. I chose this hotel for its convenient location and modern facilities, but both turned out to be disappointing. The towels were worn out with loose threads, and the room facilities were mediocre. Daily housekeeping was practically nonexistent, with only towel replacement provided. Hair was left on the floor, and empty water bottles were not removed unless placed in the bin. A proper cleaning was only done once every four days. The gym was barely a gym — just a tiny room with one electronic workout machine and a few dumbbells, with very limited exercise options. Soundproofing was terrible. Even on the 15th floor, street traffic was clearly audible, and late-night roadworks outside made it difficult to sleep. Staff service was also underwhelming, with little genuine warmth or hospitality. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing stay. The hotel is simply not worth the price, and I would not return.
