"It was an excellent experience with amazing views from our room. Very unique adventure. We did have an issue with losing hot water in middle of a shower in the morning could not rinse off. We ordered our dinner at 3:00 to deliver to our room at 7:00, however it was not delivered until almost 8:00. For price paid there should be no issues"

"Kantu Inn was a great stay. It’s in the sacred valley, a short and safe 15-20 minute walk to the PeruRail/IncaRail station. It’s also about a 3 min walk to the main OLlantantaymbo square there are restaurants, bars, and markets. The team is so nice! They greet you with smiles then ask you to confirm your booking. They’ll give you information about tours and taxis if you need it too. The rooms are clean! As a note, this is the sacred valley of Peru, be mindful of that. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and Ruins and the inside is characteristic of Peruvian charm. The breakfast was delicious!!! They also served Coca and Muna tea, along with a traditional Peruvian drink. The only thing I would worry about is the bathroom. It’s very nice but if you keep the shower on too long or leave the shower running, the bathroom will have slight condensation on the floors and walls. Once we discovered this, we took shorter showers and it solved most of the problem. So just be mindful. This didn’t take away from the experience at all, though. I’d definitely stay in the hotel again."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The only issue was using laundry that destroyed two of my T-shirts. Otherwise everything was perfect’"

"The staff was mostly amazing. They were very accommodating with my early checking and always offering assistance. There was a snafu with someone being checked into my room after I had already checked in — which was disturbing to say the least. However the staff was quick to offer apologies and make up for the oversight. There were a LOT of gnats and mosquitos in my room so that was pretty frustrating especially at night when trying to sleep. But my only real complaint was the spa service. I was very much looking forward to a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. I booked a 2 hour experience that included thermals, scrub and massage. However there was no assurance once I changed out of my clothes and much of my time was wasted trying to hunt down someone to provide instruction. I was supposed to get 1 hr in the thermals and pools but 20 min in 3 different people came to tell me it was time to go to my massage. I had to keep insisting that I hadn’t had my hour yet and that was more of my time wasted trying to get them to understand that my appointment started at 6:30 so I couldn’t be be booked for a 7p massage. The receptionist then told me that my appointment was for only 1 hr20min but said I got 1 hr in the thermals (which I still hadn’t had yet) and 30 min for my massage (which doesn’t even add to 1hr20). She did later concede my appointment was 2 hrs but that I had to get out of that area at 7:30 but when I got out at 7:30 I waited til 7:40 to be taken for my scrub."
