Hyatt House Sacramento Airport - Natomas
These are usually the most disgusting hotel types . I booked prepared to give one star ratings like EVERY OTHER HYATT HOUSE . I was prepared.to be grossed out. This one is super nice clean and friendly. They should be the model for the rest of the brand.

When we got to the airport at 11pm, I just called the hotel when we got to Baggage claim and they told me where to go outside, told me the color of the van and how long it would take for them to get there. Holiday Inn Express Hotel Sacramento Airport Natomas by IHG
The staff went out of their way. I dealt with 3 different people and they all treated me like I was a 5 star hotel client. Haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn in years staff like that makes me wonder why not.
