The staff was so nice, they are very helpful, sending information ahead of arrival and answering questions. The rooms are small but clean. The bed was comfortable. Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Airport Natomas
The room was clean, however there was no hand soap available. We had to ask the cleaning staff for soap. Also, there was a used towel hanging over the shower curtain. It was covered in hair.

Hyatt Regency Sacramento
Room was clean. My only complaint was check out. I was not able to check out via the TV which I have been able to in the past so I had to go to the front desk and check out which took time from my rushed morning. The phone in the room was not working either so I could not call the front desk.
