Great stay. I wish I had parked overnight on the street instead of paying 18 in the lot. Bed and room was very modern and comfy. Very nice area of town close to dining and shops. Surprised to find earplugs in room but emergency vehicles made it clear why - thanks staff! Check out the farmers market on Saturday. Really nice kids playground there if you have young ones.

Room was clean except for window which was really dirty. The blinds were broken which was a pain being on the first floor facing the parking lot. We didn’t eat there. Front desk staffer didn’t put our room number on our key. Bit of a pain to find our room. Had already unloaded the car and didn’t want to drag our stuff to the lobby. For the money this hotel was so so.

I've been to the hotel before but this time things didn't go right. In Sunday / Out Monday. My assigned room wasn't ready at check-in time ... though I got upgraded. Toilet near check-in didn't flush right. Internet WiFi down all Sunday with no explanation. Parking fee system didn't work for me. Surprised it was pay for breakfast now. Otherwise ... decent bed, nice people, convenient location.

Great if you like trains

Nice room but the hotel is next to Caltrans railroad so it’s noisy when they toot their horn. The hotel does offer complimentary ear plugs which help. Walking distance to many eateries.

Convenient location, but dated

Was in Davis for a soccer tournament. Hotel is very dated, things are literally falling apart. Got woken up on Friday at 6:30am by a construction happening right outside my window and workers staring in (thankfully didn't continue over the weekend). On the plus side, it's right in the downtown, so everything is walking distance. The courtyard area wa nice for a large group to hangout during the day.
