Private Pool: Cool off and relax in our pool.
SPA/HOT TUB Schedule
Summer: 7 PM to 8 PM
Winter: 6 PM to 7 PM
**We only offer 1 hour per day for free. Please send us a message if you want to extend with additional fee

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to many Sacramento attractions:

Old Sacramento Waterfront: Just a 15-minute drive away, this historic area offers a charming mix of shops, restaurants, and cultural events​.

Sacramento Zoo: A family-friendly destination located about a 10-minute drive away​​. California State Capitol Museum: Immerse yourself in California history, just a 12-minute drive away.

Midtown Sacramento: Enjoy a vibrant nightlife and great restaurants, just a 10-minute drive away.

McKinley Park: Enjoy 31 acres of green space, perfect for a family outing, just a 5-minute drive away.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix and other apps available. (bring your own log-in)
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guests smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We are required to take out the shoes inside of the property, especially on the second floor.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)
- We have ring doorbell cameras for security reasons.
