Charming place!!

What a charming place close to everything in Davis. St. James Catholic Church is directly across the street which was much appreciated by my Mom. The backyard is like a miniature forest with a small nature walk path.

Convenient and comfortable.

While not luxurious, this house met our needs well and was pleasing in its location and in the wonderful collection of books inside. It was a family reunion, and this place allowed us to renew connections in a congenial environment. Location was excellent in meeting our needs for activities at UC Davis.

Spacious home, convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming Davis house. Super convenient location. Great area for walking the dog. We loved looking out the sliding glass door to the very green and overgrown garden in the back yard. The kitchen was very spacious and had what we needed. We hope this house will be available when we return to Davis, as we do a couple times per year.
