"The property is stunning. We spent the majority of our time at the pool because we could always find a spot to sit. The beach was really busy, but also totally worth it. The water was warm, and they had lots of activities to do in the water. I do wish they had more pool activities. The food was okay. I always found something to eat, but it was not my favourite. The staff was friendly, fun, and engaging. "

"The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to us using expedia. Also be prepared to tip the staff, especially the bar tender. Basically if you didnt have money in your hand he would not serve you. Food and service not the greatest and actually fell slightly below my already low expectations."

"Great hotel property. Excellent pool, common areas and restaurant/bar. Well designed and appointed rooms. The problem is the A/C in the room. Not enough capacity and it was always warm inside. This is only March. In summer it will be unbearable ."

"No se dejen llevar por las fotos hay cargos que no lo notifican en el momento cómo por ejemplo si se queda una persona extra por un solo día en una habitación que tiene cabida de hasta 4 personas te cobrarán un mínimo de 50 dólares por noche otro ejemplo las primeras noches me regalarán café espresso ya en la última cuando pedí uno café me lo cobraron por que no es gratis y sucesivamente no es por el precio lo que me incomoda es la falta de información cuando uno reserva"
