"One of the best hotel experiences of my life! From the friendly staff greeting us and treating us like VIPs, to the excellent food and unbelievable views, I would recommend this cozy getaway to everybody I can!"
"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience."
"We were looking for an August ski camp for my 16 year old son and Ski Zenit in Saas Fee was able to accomodate our needs. Our chalet, Le Petit Mouton, was lovely. It offered breathtaking views, was charming, very clean and comfortable. The walk to the heart of Saas Fee took about 10 minutes and the Alpin Express gondola 18 minutes. Gletschergrotte, Drehrestaurant, Alpenblick, Saaser Stube and Skihutte (order the Fondue Burger) were our favorite restaruants. Kelly Hoogland managed our booking and was a joy to work with. She communicated well and made certain all of our needs were met. Paul, the private chef, came to our chalet and cooked us a meal that was otherworldly. If he is available during your stay, do yourselves a favor and book him. You won't regret it. Looking forward to returning to Saas Fee and staying at this property in the near future!"
"It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back "
