The room my husband and I got wasn’t the room we had reserved and they said bc my room was a late check in they just put me in whatever room was available and also the ac in the room was broken wasn’t getting cold at all and we took like 20 showers just to stay cool … I had called front desk and they said they don’t handle those situations and gave me an email ..

"Wonderful view of the bay. Excellent bed. The AC did not work properly. Had to drop the thermostat to 16.5 degrees C after midnight. Overnight it turned off. Was too warm.
