The staff was immeasurably helpful above and beyond my expectations assisting me even with a first aid issue. The room while small was comfortable with good bed and charming atmosphere. The shared area for dining, reading and sitting in garden on ground floor is lovely.

I booked a room for two at the Ramta Hotel to visit a friend of mine and was not allowed to go up to the room but only to the open and open area of the hotel, it was sad I left the hotel reluctantly and moved to another hotel without any problem, I sent an email to the hotel. Because of the humiliating attitude of staying away from the Starkman Hotel in Nahariya and not staying there.

Business stay ok

When booked room, I was unaware of room's size. Room was small, which was ok, but bed was too short for me (I am tall), so I had to sleep diagonally.. I did not request for another room because I was too tired. Service in general was excellent; large variety for breakfast buffet. Re parking- you need to search for it by yourself, as there is no orginized parking close by. If there is an event at the hotel, you may need to park further away.

We've enjoyed our stay in this cozy, clean hotel. The rooms are a bit too small and we did not have a balcony, but the food was great and the staff is amazing. The location is fine too.

My booking with you clearly stated the price included V.A.T. I was charged V.A.T. The receptionist tells me that she notified me by email via your site She says she didn't have my email) that V.A.T. was not included "so that I could decide if I still wanted the room". I didn't receive any email. Another member of staff told me it was very common for people to "misunderstand" - which makes me wonder if clients are being deliberately misled.

The hotel is very nice, close to the beach and restaurants area. The outside of the building should be renovated but the hotel's reception already told that they plan to do so in the coming winter.

Cute and cozy hotel, the staff were very nice and helped us with recommendations about restaurants and attractions in the area. The Apple strudel with coffee break when we came was nice :-)
