Holiday home for 6 adults and 1 child, only 50m to the beach / waterThe holiday home is located directly in the harbour area and impresses with its direct, unobstructed view of the Saaler Bodden and offers enough space for 6 adults and 1 child on 80 m2 of living space Out of consideration for the local residents and other holiday guests, it is not rented to youth groups looking for accommodation as a party location.The extremely tastefully and fully furnished house has 1 cosy and bright living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bathroom with WC/shower/sauna and 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub, electric shutters on the ground floor, insect screens as well as 2 cosy bedrooms for 4 people and 1 cosy bedroom with double bed in the alcove (unsuitable for older, frail people as it can only be reached via a small ladder) for 2 people. Outside, there is a lovely large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers with adjoining small sunbathing lawn and a garden. A high chair and baby travel cot can be provided on request and parking for 2 cars is available on the property. Further parking facilities for vehicles at the adjacent car park in the harbour area on site for a fee.an extra bed can be provided.Internet = free WLAN included.to swim or fish in the Saaler Bodden you go only 50m. A gently sloping grass/sand beach invites you to swim. The long, shallow access to the Saaler Bodden is ideal for younger guests. Surfers also get their money's worth here. In the evening you can watch the uniquely beautiful sunsets from the terrace and simply let yourself go and perhaps round off the day with a glass of wine.

Ideal starting point for crane tours and observing the cranes in spring and autumn on their migration from/to the south. The nearest towns are Barth and Ribnitz-Damgarten and are approx. 10-15 km away. The region offers the best conditions to really relax during your holiday.
