"The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "

"The eoom was really good. I always say there is room for improvement. The shower was full of calk but warm. Some of the shower head hole is blocked. No kettle and cups so dinky. I have seen ants and at one point the airconditioning was leaking. Toilet is functional but needs deep clean. And it could have been super. Very friendly Staff. "

"I am a disabled man, when I arrived at hotel, I was told the third floor was my room, the hotel receptionist told me the elevator is not working and I’ll have to take the stairs. Because I couldn’t climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there. I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they won’t refund me! "

"Toilet seat missing, fighting roaches whole times, sink didnt work, walls thin hear everything, beds uncomfortable, No AirCon just fan, only one power outlet all the way by door, staff not overly friendly and i could do on but it was bad experiences. I endure 5-6hrs before i left."
