The staff are attentive to detail and the Junior Suite we stayed in was luxurious and quiet. Evening jazz at the Lounge bar was a nice bonus as were the amateur piano recitals in the adjacent Artium. "Excellent place to stay with family or friends. Love the style of the hotel. Very calming and safe. Love the shampoo and conditioner that they provide. Smell so good and clean for my hair after washing. Taylor were very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcoming. We will definitely come back to UH suite the Coex. Thank you, Taylor!!"

"It is a fantastic location, and the room was very clean. The staff were excellent and there were plenty of staff who were well trained. They spoke English well. The buffet was great, and there were plenty of variety. The taste was 4/5. My room had the city view, and it was excellent. The pool, and gym were excellent. In the lobby, I wish there were more comfortable chairs. In order to sit in the comfortable chair area in the lobby area, you have to buy a drink. I felt you are being nickel and dimed for everything despite, hotel putting great effort to appear 5 stars. Also, I wish the bakery had greater selection. Overall, great hotel, but I felt hotel lacked the warm and cozy feeling. It certainly wasn't the staff; it was just vibe hotel gave off. Maybe it is Gangnam thing."

"Perfect location for Gangnam . Beautiful room. Unfortunately we only had 1 night there so were unable to use the fully equipped kitchenette in our room. Bathroom lovely but a shower in the bath which was a bit unexpected. However everything else you could want to and very friendly staff"

"this really is a good hotel in the Gangnam area of Seoul. Definitely an urban location with small rooms, but the price is reasonable and the location is great...very near a subway stop and a very large underground mall. Staff was always super helpful. Our room was comfortable...the mattress was great! The shower was great. There was little space for luggage or to spread things out. Otherwise, this was a great place."
