Location was perfect walking distance to Copley square, Boston commons, public gardens, Boston tea party, freedom trail, Quincy market etc. Staff were helpful; room comfortable, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again. Also literally 1 min to the Citizens Opera House and the Brattle Bookshop. Loved this hotel. Will be staying there again"

"Reception staff completely useless. Serious poor attitude. Have no independent thought and unhelpful. They can only follow a script repeating themselves with no regard to actually giving any assistance. The hotel itself is fine but location is not great combined with the poor desk staff I advise avoid the hotel and stay somewhere else."

"An average experience. Rooms were clean but place is in need of some maintenance and updates, carpets very worn and look stained. Front desk staff very nice and helpful but in general hotel is understaffed. Waited on hold for 30mins to get through requesting airport shuttle pick up and only one driver so pick ups are only once an hour. Expedia listing stated room would sleep 5 however hotel stated they have no rooms that sleep 5 people and the biggest was 2 queen beds. Considering it was a lot cheaper than alternative airport hotels it was fine but in future I’d probably pay the extra $100 and stay somewhere closer, nicer and with a better shuttle service."
