This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!"

"It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate...

"The Staff were very nice, very helpful and friendly. I arrived several hours early. The room was not yet ready and the Receptionist allowed me to leave my luggage in an adjoining room, free of charge. The accomodation is facing the Police Station, on a quiet street and close to the Port, that you can look down on. It is only 10 mins walk from the Bus Station and beside all the Shops, Restaurants etc. In a very good location."

"We liked the hotel as soon as we arrived - it has a nice, modern and spacious feel with attractive indoor areas to sit and relax. Wonderful views from up on the hill, from both sides of the building. Lovely sandy coves nearby to wander and explore. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. We really appreciated the little touches such as welcome treats in our room to celebrate our anniversary, and the fact that they didn't charge for water at dinner or use of the pool towels. The evening music/entertainment was mainly very cheesy, although we loved the Spanish trio singing and dancing flamenco. The buffet can get a bit hectic even in low season and more defined sections would avoid one long queue of people. More supervision is needed regarding the behaviour of children - it only takes one family who let their kids run, shout and use their hands in the food and it ruins it for everyone. Aside this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look for other Palladium hotels if they're as good as this one."

Two improvements to consider would be anti slip mats in the shower and the fitting of grab handles. Very difficult to wash feet when not able to balance. "I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hostal La Isla in Menorca. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. One thing that really impressed me was the shower. Even on the third floor, the water pressure was excellent, providing a proper full-power shower after a day of hiking and swimming. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe throughout my stay and genuinely well looked after. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast was simple but fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The only small improvement I would suggest would be covering the gaming machines during breakfast service, as this would improve the atmosphere in the dining area. Overall, I would highly recommend Hostal La Isla and would happily stay there again. Excellent value, wonderful staff, and a great base for exploring Menorca."

"We had a nice stay. The location is perfect. The staff are all excellent. The administration from booking to checkout was all perfect. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom and shower were large and first-class. The aircon worked well. The public areas are all tastefully decorated. There is a well-stocked honesty bar by the lounge. The minibar in the room is well stocked and free - you only pay for it to be restocked. We didn't use the spa or the gym. The bottom line is we would happily return."
